The Report Contains

Focus Survey

The Focus Survey is a quick, effective way to choose the best candidate.  The Survey is only 2 pages long and takes just 10-15 minutes to complete. 

The Focus Report comes back within 24 hours through your email, giving you a short, simple description of the subject.  

The Report Contains

Definition of terms - An explanation of key words or phrases used to describe the candidate.

Performance Scales - Graphs indicating the strength of the subject's work ethic, team work and capabilities in the position

Red Flags - Indications of potential problems that often call for specific actions on the part of management 

Summary - A description of the candidate's strengths, weaknesses and potential in the position for which he or she is being considered

Performance Quotient - An overall, 1-10 rating of the candidate's potential for success with your company.
