How long does it take most people to complete the evaluation?

Most people are able to complete the Selection Insight evaluation in 45 to 60 minutes, but there is no time limit.

 

How quickly do I receive the report describing and rating the candidate?

Reports are returned to the hiring manager the day after they are submitted.  Same day evaluations are available upon request.

 

For what positions can I use the evaluation?

The evaluation can be used for any position.  The final rating for each candidate is based on how well they match the requirements of your Success Profile job description.

 

Can I use the evaluation without a job description?

If you don't choose or write a job description, our Analysts can describe the subject, but they can't provide an overall rating.

 

Can I use the evaluation on an existing employee?

We have a special version of the evaluation, the Achievement Insight, customized for existing employees.

 

What if I have a question about an evaluation?

Registered clients can contact us from 8am to 6pm EST, Monday through Friday, and talk with one of our analysts at no cost.

 

Can I have a candidate rated for more than one position at a time?

To have a candidate rated for more than one position, simply submit the appropriate job descriptions and contact our offices.

 

How much does it cost to evaluate an employment candidate? 

The Selection Insight Survey provides a comprehensive 4-page evaluation for $195.  The Focus Survey gives you a 1-page report for $95.

 

How will I be billed for using the evaluation service?

Once you register we will contact you to determine billing procedures.  Most clients are billed monthly.
